- 600g lobster
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Marinate lobster with lemon zest, olive oil and activa. Season.
- Seal in Cryovac bag.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Cook in circulator at 54 celius for 33 minutes.
