Ingredients:

- potato starch, 85 grams
- water, 456 grams

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Risotto with Roasted Cauliflower, Toasted Almonds and Pancetta
Ingredients:

- ¼ cup parmisan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano)
- 4-6 leaves of fresh Basil (chiffonade)
- ¼ cup green peas (optional)

- white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of apple juice
