The Vancouver Community College Foundation Board of Directors is hosting a special fundraising dinner prepared by Junior Culinary Team Canada, all graduates or students in VCC's award-winning culinary arts program. The Junior Team is led by VCC Culinary Arts Department Head and Canadian Culinary Federation's National Chef of the Year for 2010, John Carlo Felicella, and team coach Tobias MacDonald, Chef de Cuisine, La Belle Auberge. They will prepare an extraordinary meal of menu items that will become part of the Culinary Olympics competition. Guests will be able to see and experience the adrenaline rush as the chefs put the final touches on their plates.
